This is a student only event. Only current registered students, staff members affiliated with a Club, or family of the aforementioned will be admitted. Only current registered students with a valid Caltech ID may claim a prize in the Candy Scramble. No exceptions.

Registration Information

This page is for clubs and organizations interested in registering for the Club Fair on September 27th, 2008.  Participation in the Club Fair is possibly the best way to let new students learn more about your club and attract new members.  Last year we had over 100 clubs attend!  Both Graduate and Undergraduate based clubs are encouraged to join in.

The tables will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.  Each group will only be allocated one full table.  Upon arrival, please visit the check-in table. When your club checks in, they will be given a club sign.  Your club will then be free to take an open table.

The Carnival and Club Fair will begin at 3pm. We recommend having your table staffed for at least 2 hours. There will be activities throughout the day.
